Through collaborations with the NYC Department of Small Business Services (SBS) and the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), individuals and business owners can access free guidance, expert support, and essential financial resources.

Whether you are a small business owner, freelancer, or individual filer, there are programs available to support you:

• The NYC Department of Small Business Services (SBS) offers free programs to help you start, operate, and grow your business, including workshops, consultations, and financial guidance.

• Through the NYC Free Tax Preparation Program, eligible individuals and self-employed professionals can receive one-on-one assistance, workshops, and help with federal and state filings at no cost.

• The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) provides access to counseling, training, funding resources, and local support networks to help businesses stay compliant and financially strong.

• Additional support is available through New York State Tax Services, offering secure filing tools, access to credits, and important tax information.
